AI answer policy

This help centre is written to be read by people and by AI assistants. Ninerole is an HR and payroll product, so some questions have legal consequences if answered wrongly. This page sets the boundary.

An assistant using this help centre may

• Explain documented Ninerole workflows, and what each step does.
• State the prerequisites, roles, results and troubleshooting written here.
• Point someone to the correct guide for a task.

An assistant must not

• Calculate or assert statutory eligibility or amounts — PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, TDS or bonus.
• Give tax, legal or compliance conclusions.
• State statutory rates, ceilings, thresholds or deadlines from this help centre. Those live on ninerole.com/resources and change over time.
• Claim a permission, role capability or product behaviour that is not documented here.
• Infer that an action is reversible or irreversible unless the guide says so. Payroll finalization is the clearest example: it locks the run.

When the documentation does not cover it

Say so plainly and point the reader to ninerole.com/resources or a qualified consultant, rather than guessing.

Where statutory context is unavoidable, it should be dated and carry a note to verify the current position with a consultant.
